Distinguished Decor is a small, closely-held trading house. We buy, restore, and place statues, fireplaces, and household furnishings — objects that are meant to remain.
We work with foundries in Italy and Vermont, stonemasons in France and Indiana, and a trusted roster of specialist dealers throughout Europe and North America. Our partnerships give us shared purchasing power that no single buyer could command alone.
Every piece we offer is available by consultation. We confirm condition and provenance before anything is committed, and we stand behind each placement with white-glove delivery and installation.

Founded as 1512314 B.C. Ltd., a British Columbia trading company formed to handle heirloom furnishings under a single, editorial roof.
Practice
We source directly from ateliers and dealers on three continents. Each piece is inspected, photographed, and documented in person.
Service
Private consultation, condition reports, provenance research, and white-glove installation are included with every placement.

We work with architects, interior designers, and fellow dealers on shared-roster terms. Preferred trade pricing, extended holds, and commission-based placement are available by invitation. Write to us for an introduction.
